  • The workout works. If your neck hurts the next day, your obviously doing it wrong. And you can't rely on the workout alone, you have to watch your eating habits and do cardio the next day. I've been doing what I just said for 3 weeks and have a 6 pack.

  • I agree! But you can do better by getting that muscular toned look. Lean and muscular is now better than buff. You can't just focus on the stomache, but on keeping a proportionate body. I'm following a new workout to achieve that lean muscular look I saw in a website - which I can't post here yet. Check out my profile.

  • The title of the video is misleading - 1) you can have flat stomach but still with fat at the sides and without 6 pack, 2) you can lose weigh but you stomach would still not be flat, 3) you can have six pack without flat stomach. I don;t know how many other possibilities are there. Simply. you can't have everything as the very title suggests. I'd call it "How to build up you stomach muscles"; burning fat - definitely no... It works as an additional workout but can't be treated as the main one

  • According to the authors it should be done every second day, as muscles need some time to get rest, and so I did after two weeks. One more thing. As someone has already said, doing some cardio before this workout should boost your efforts

  • I was doing it for 2 months, at first every day, then every second day and though i felt my muscles were harder and started to be visible through my fat on my stomach I really didn't burn any of this fat ( which was the main reason why I started doing the workout) Conclusion - If you want to tone up your muscles it seems to be a very good workout; if you want to burn fat, not especially.

But I have to say, combine this with 15 - 25 min jogging every day and you WILL see a difference, I went down 5,5kg after 1 month, but you have to eat right, less Carbohydrate and more Proteins, if you eat food with much Carbohydrate you wont lose much fat, because when you exercise you will only lose the Carbohydrate. but if you have a small amount you will use your fat.

    i do pull ups, abs workout then go for a 3.6miles or 8miles run then come home stretch (important), push up, pull up, dumbels and abs workout. then i eat fuck loads and sleep. fuck me i cant help it :)
