Any web address which ends in: '"html" (which holds a visable video) will not download as a video file; but ... you might get lucky and get the audio off it, but in either case Realplayer will not download *ANY* video from *ANY* site. Period.

On any site that ur watching a video on you should see a blue, yellow, and red icon to the left of your address once you find it click the little black arrow pointing downright next next to the icon, two opintions should drop down pick anyone it dosent matter witch you pick they both download the same video

Ok. I downloaded RealPlayer 11 GOLD. When I try to open Realplayer it always says: "RealPlayer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Every damn time. I even restarted my computer. I have no clue how to uninstall it to try re-installing it. And there IS NO BUTTON that appears in the upper-right corner of the vid!
