Umm... You can't get a good airsoft AEG SCAR for under $100. There is a spring one on AirsoftGI, but, if you have the money, buy a VFC SCAR. If you don't have more than $400 to blow, either the 2009 DBoys, or Echo 1 SCAR would be a good pick, at around $200. The Echo 1 is the excact same gun as the DBoys, except that it comes with a warranty, causing the gun to cost $20 more.

No shit it's not the same, and it's NOT supposed to be. The SCAR-L fires the 5.56mm by 45mm NATO round and uses M16 magazines. The SCAR-H, which this is, fires the 7.62mm by 51mm NATO round and uses a larger SCAR-H specific magazine.

Also, if you knew anything about airsoft, you would know that all decent airsoft guns fire accurately at least 100 feet. Not only do you feel the bbs hit you, but you hear them. Plus, it is preparing us for the real thing.
