Nope, Pakistan was "People's Republic of Pakistan" when it was founded and was strictly a secular country made for those with pure minds and clean hearts; that's where the "Pak" comes from.

"La illaha illallah" was used as a slogan by muslims only. Pakistan was declared an Islam Republic Way After, i think it was durring Bhutto's First Term as Prime Minister.

And believe it or not, from that time till now Pakistan has only Declined :(
