If this sketch doesn't make you laugh, then I don't know what does. Maybe some need to understand the hidden humor. I just love the endless puns with "balls" in this sketch. It's never get old. :)

Well, come on. It did start out promisingly as a spoof of somnambulant Public Radio talk shows. The characterizations were exactly right. But yes, it gets real dumb real quick.
The New York Times, no less, calls this one of the all-time funniest TV moments while - with typical NYT prudishness - making it virtually impossible for their readers to know for sure what the fucking skit is about.
