Should change it up a bit more man, its good vids but you always use the exact same car mod, the exact same skin, and ENB that makes it hard to even see when the lights are on
@Pigeonification License Plate Readers. It snaps a picture of the plate and runs it thru the DMV and NYPD databases to check if the plates are valid or invalid, and to verify if the car is stolen.

@Pigeonification I think they're license plate readers, they scan a car's plate and says if the car has any warrants out on it.
