the issue isn't that the doctor was Russian, I live in Australia and I had a whole team of surgeons botch my knee operation.

They were watching fucking tennis on TV while operating, I had one knee THREE times the size of the other and they still operated on the wrong knee. So yeah, lame doctors are all over the world. Believe me.
