Not everyone can afford that, so those who can't will be jailed, for not paying a private ensurance company, which is against Freedom.

If you think about it, the Mukesh Ambani guy's 1-billion dollar Mumbai home did require lots of labor.(It is HUGE) He payed the laborers more than they should be payed. More than enough money for them to build their own homes and feed their whole families as well as provide education to their kids. He only hired poor people who needed jobs.
