Where do you get this stuff? The federal deficit, while high, did NOT double under Obama. In fact, it is down slightly from the last deficit of the Bush era. And to be fair to both Bush and Obama, presidents have less control over deficits than congress does. Even congress can't fix it quickly, because there are systemic problems with the budget: i.e. aging population, reduced revenue from the recession etc. Its gonna take time.

The dismal economy that OBAMA inherited from BUSH was due to OBAMA's democratic clowns whoring out to the UNIONs that bankrupted almost every state in the US. @sutircomed It's against the bill of rights for somebody accused of a crime to be killed without going through a court of law. . He never withdrew soldiers from anywhere. He put 16000 more in Afghanistan and took 1200 out of Iraq. Not very much. He passed the second PATRIOT ACT. Two major car companies closed under Obama. He didn't close Guantanamo, and he bombed 3 countries. The unemployment rate tripled. Taxes grew, spending wasn't cut. Ron Paul 2012.

As for Guantanamo, Obama tried to close it but the Senate voted against funding the closure. Every single Republican voted against it. Obama saved GM and Chrysler, and the unemployment is a result of the Great Recession, which began after six years of Republican rule. Taxes did NOT grow -- Obama gave a break to the Middle Class and wants payroll taxes that the Republicans won't pass.

He cut funding to schools, I would know. My old junior high got shut down this year, and my old high school has 5% of the students they had when I went there. Taxes have gone up, and he hasn't tried to help with green power. In fact, he is building four new nuclear power plants as we speak. He just lies, and you believe.

Where do you get this stuff? The federal deficit, while high, did NOT double under Obama. In fact, it is down slightly from the last deficit of the Bush era. And to be fair to both Bush and Obama, presidents have less control over deficits than congress does. Even congress can't fix it quickly, because there are systemic problems with the budget: i.e. aging population, reduced revenue from the recession etc. Its gonna take time.
