Hi, can somebody give me the length of parabolic curve with the function  y= -1.05X^2 + 1.2X + 95.8. Please show the solution. Thanks,

@MegaGrace1964 A parabolic curve has infinite length. You need to specify a range of x-values for which you are investigating the length.

i hate that square root with a passion it messes everything up, ive sat on problems for literally hours trying to figure out how to get out of or around it

i thought the derivation was rather nice, its not too deep, well, the only part thats confusing for me is the step from the summation to the definite integral, i need to look up a derivation of some sorts on why that step can be applied in any case :)
