  • whomever disliked this is a bell end....

  • "Come on I've heard there's a few mods about"

  • The Greatest album of all time, Long live rock, And long live Moon & Entwistle. RIP.

  • My name is Paulo, 55, and i live in Rio, now. I remember the 76 summer in Guarujá City, São Paulo state. I was guest in a building in front of the beach, on the 7 floor.Today, i still remember the sunsets, some girls, when i list The Rock (instrumental). Thanks, mrs. Roger Daltrey, John Etwistle, Keith Moon and Peter Dennis Blandford Townshend!

  • @KuznetsovTumansky MR. lol

  • superb, the ALBUM,one of the greatest rock albums ever

  • it sounds weird, like its higher pitched.

  • i only can think of 1 stoty in music as full of beaty.vivaldi four sasons.keep the faith now x

  • And I only had stereo at that time...!!...

  • Don't know why this album isn't on more favorite lists.

  • It's more than music, it's a religion for a generation.

  • Entwhistle and Moon, never before, and never again.

  • Life changer. (Just add Krishnamurti.)

  • @naughtmoses..... and meher baba

  • take a deep breathe and go

  • Quadrophenia's an album, where a man can feel like he's the only soul in the world that's real.

  • The baseline in this is unbelievable, Entwistle was fucking amazing!!!!!!!

  • Wow ..............this is great!!!! I saw single albums on here, but never double. Good job and thanks for sharing!

  • When I laugh and am feeling green, seeing things you've never seen, I always turn to this album, all four sides, for solace. Can you see the real me????????

    Thank you!

  • In my opinion the greatest who album ever. Movie was amazing also.

  • @Ivan been tried before with about as much success as current efforts to stop illegal drugs.

  • @johnparrot9 Indeed and with the same negative consequences in terms of violence and organised crime. I think if there were more choice in mind-altering substances, coupled with better drugs education, alcohol would be a lot less popular.

  • The greatest album ever created!

  • Pete Townshend said that the music of Prince would be the only music from this time remembered in a hundred years. He was wrong. People will still marvel at Quadrophenia then.

  • Oh cripes almighty someone FINALLY did it! I'm fourteen years old and I've been waiting so very very long for this!

  • I love it! Thank you!!!!!

  • "Who is she? I'll rape it." I never liked that line in Doctor Jimmy.

  • @AntiquatedPoet And it's followed by 'you say she's a virgin well I'll be the first in'. It has always made me feel uncomfortable too but it does well in illustrating the grim reality of alcohol use for a lot of people. If I were the type to make drugs illegal, which I'm not, it would be up there at the top of my list.

  • This album was most responsible for getting me through the roughest part of my teenage years. Loved it back in the 70s, still do today!!!

  • Wow. I am so thankful you posted the entire album. Now I do not have to search for each song in order to listen to this album while I work. This is my very favorite album from my very favorite band ever. Brilliant!

  • My life story in two records

  • Wonderful record from an epic band..............I've had enough and Bell Boy are brillant stars amoung a host of great compositions...........

  • Anyone Who ;-) dislikes this album is: A. not a rock fan, B. is deaf or C. a complete idiot!

  • pure genius

  • I was an 80s Mod, this takes me back to thinking about all my fine Mod mates in llanelli South Wales & all those cool times hanging around the Sunks & riding our Scoots(&falling off them X-)), back then I had a black metallic Vespa P150X, they were good, happy times I'll remember always, I have changed and dedicate this to the few that still ride Scoots back home! Although now well weathered Northern Soul Boys they know where I'm coming from as they were Mods once!

  • sounds like AM ,im sorry but one of my all greats , i cant listen to , because speed is to fast?

  • You have one God's work R0llRight...I thank you.

  • I like this Album at Most..And the Quadrophenia Movie is also Brilliant.

  • @MonotuneMc the movie is ok, but doesnt do the album justice, pete had no control over the plot, just his input about the music, they only used snippets of some songs and left out entirely the best and most important song, dr jimmy, that song is the heart and soul of the whole opera!

  • un monument, qui rappelle les bons souvenirs des années 70.
