Jack Kingston - Maple Sugar Sweetheart

I used see Jack Kingston when he appeared on the Main Street Jamboree on Saturday nights over CHCH TV in Hamilton Ontario in the fifties. He recorded "CNR Special" as he worked for the CNR railroad in his early days. He also wrote about the Springhill Mine coal mine disaster which took place in 1957 in Springhill Nova Scotia. I wonder if he is still alive?

I can still hear Jack singing this song, I met Jack back in the late 60's and we had some great times

GREAT! Thank you so much. I too had the album and would pay $ to have it on a CD. Jack Ingston The Canadian Playboy Cd does not have this song.
