it's not set in nazis times, the story shows Alucard going to Argentina in South America to investigate this, and it turns out some nazis that fled Berlin had made a super army of vampires, and then they fly over to London in their zepplins and bomb the hell out of it, Alucard comes back and takes out the vampire on the ship as shown in the trailer, and then the final fight starts
