if u didnt notice i was recording and xfire has a realy bad recording tool thats the reason why i lagged because i tried it some hours ago and it didnt lag me so yea xfire sucks for recording il try to use Fraps next time...

xfire doesn't suck for recording, u can manually set the frame rate to what ever you want, i use it and it works brilliant, its your PC that sucks man, if ur recording at 80FPS with x fire, works bloody fine, check my videos if you don't believe me
