Phil is so much better now that he's off drugs. My best concert memory ever is seeing him with Down a few years ago playing "learn from this mistake", it was so moving. 2nd best would probably be him again, with Pantera playing "fucking hostile" some ten years ago. But he was so much more damaged back then, it was sad, and it's good to see him all better now.
