I've been a Newsboys fan nearly since the beginning and I've seen Peter, especially, come SO SO SO far. I'm amazed at how much God has used him/them. They've been instrumental in my walk with Christ and I can honestly say, their music saved my life at one point.
Peter is teaching of discernment. Peter's heartfelt message gives hope to others for he decided to have a spiritual relationship with GOD & that is the only way to true spiritual enlightenment through Jesus Christ, our Savior who died for our sin & gave his life so that we could be free from the bondages & chains of the enemy. Although we may have storms in our lives through our faith in the power of Christ is the only way to overcome..lol
