Why do posters always say "rare recording." It's become a cliché. Nothing rare about this selection at all, it's been posted in 100 places. Now they are not even satisfied with "rare" they proclaim "extremely rare." Fooey.

Almost identical to the Allan Jones/Dennis Morgan version in the 1936 film "The Great Ziegfeld."

It may have been in "the movie but not "from" it. The song was written in 1918 and was first a big hit at that time and in the 1920s. Any more than the song "Dixie" was from the movie Gone with the Wind.
