WOW. I really just thought this was humorous until that comment. You're basically saying you'd rather have children in China make your clothes for ten cents a day? You should do some research. You'd discover it IS completely sweatshop free, pays generously over minimum wage with health benefits for entire families and Dov gave away millions of dollars in stocks to his employees when the company went public.

That said, no such accusations of sexual harassment take away from the fact that he treats his employees ethically, pays them an above-industry-standard wage, gives them benefits, offers free ESL classes, offers a safe work environment, and has given out millions of dollars in shares to ALL employees for when the company goes public.

But are you really pointing the finger at AA while giving your money to a company that has moved its manufacturing base overseas in order to avoid paying US minimum wage and complying with occupational health standards? At least AA workers won't all be dying of cancer at 44 like the Chinese sweatshop workers, consistently exposed to harsh chemicals well beyond US standards of safety.
There is no substantiated evidence to show that AA is treating its workers like sweatshops do. I don't shop there because I have no moral qualms about screwing over the small Asian child or lowly paid Asian female seamstress in order to affordably look cool. However, you don't mind buying from companies that may not (and generally do not) employ safe working conditions, such as proper lighting to not cut your arm off in the factory, or pay a fair wage to its overworked and abused employees.
