yes, TubeSucker will let you not only download youtube videos, but you can make clips to select parts of each video, and then u can use the built in Editor to string them all together. That is also known as "concatenating" files. It does a lot more than that though. The convertor i use is called Xilisoft Video Convertor 3, it is very very useful you can change the files to loads of stuff, you should check it out.

It's worth noting that that the 1-click downloader from eurekr also downloads single videos (if you don't want ALL). To download a single video, open the video and play it - the download all button will change to download single.
