  • Nice dog

  • does anyone think eskrima would work with a nightstick cuz that would be badass:)

  • @Gumba237 eskrima works with any sticks. The sticks in the video are training sticks which are made of rattan. They represent sticks that are dense like night sticks and blades weapons like swords.

  • @trubblman actually those rattans ticks can break bone they are stronger than they seem and are the primary weapons and are also used for training

  • @Gumba237 in ninja gaiden 2 ryu has escrima sticks that look alot like police batons

  • need slow motion so damn fast D:

  • Very different approach to infighting from the ones I learnt in Balintawak

  • Appears to have alot of punyo entries with heavy use of Abanico. I like it.

  • thumbs up for dogs attempt to break the record of continuos barking

  • dude, this is crazy, i love how its not just moves, its about reflex, its about instincts....at least, by the looks of it

also, i dont know if its true, but those dudes are actually getting pummeled!!

talk about talking it like a man! that shits dope

  • lol deng they shud get a gym, but this cool too doesnt get more old school than that

what in the name of god is wrong with that dog

  • @TheDustyWilk I know right?!?! All that barking was driving me up the wall lmao!

  • Just like any art, the very essence of the system is the nonexistence of the system itself...it is nonexistent for it transcends whatever is given or presented in practice sessions...most of the techniques can't be practiced nor taught because they are dangerous...they can be demonstrated but impossible to be perfected by an average practitioner...for it requires real life context to perfect this kind of art or perhaps most of martial arts.

  • I have assessed some Arnis/Escrima System...This style is the most fluid and unorthodox...the art is not based on patterned drills but a reflexive warrior instinct which can be learned for years...the secret of the art is in the left hand and the over all coordination of the body: hips, shoulders, foot work, left/right hand coordination, and the biorhythmic responses to the advances of the opponent....

  • thanks for posting. i like de cuerdas! it's a good style.
