Agreed! The CloudAeris pairing is more faithful to FF7, so I never understood where these subtle hints of CloTi came from in KH. Almost ruined some of the distinctive qualities of the characters =/

im not gonna bash you like other people. kingdom hearts is a joint project between square enix and disney. but heres where it gets interesting. you play as sora the chosen wielder of the keyblade who has to find his friends. he teams up with donald duck and goofy to find king mickey. you run into a slew of disney characters like hercules,simba etc. i recomend trying it, its great!

Basically its about kingdom hearts, which xemnas and "ansem" use.. and they create heartless and nobodies.. by stealing ppls hearts. and soras gotta stop them. but in the beginning, riku gets taken by the darkness it.. bascically swallows him, and kairi goes missing to. She gets back to the island at the end of KH1, but then she runs into a portal in KH2, and gets taken by Axel. and Namine is Kairis nobody, and Roxas is Soras.. You got me

Kingdom Hearts takes place in a different canon to the Final Fantasy series.But that doesnt rule out Sephiroth killing Aeris in future titles
