I have seen this vary thing for myself. Judges in administrative court don't know the rules or laws but they believe they are an authority presiding over the person or citizen and not as a servant of "we the people". Fact is they do not know the differance. I find that edjucating the acting judges of the legitimate law way prior to the hearing by notice is a way to allow them time to find a way to refuit a claim. I give three supreme court rulings and rules of the court for each claim. :)

dude, this audio is fucking classic. i listened to it before i left for court and it gave me the cofidence i needed to challenge 2 violations in concord, california. i used similar arguments and the commisioner quickly made a plea of not guilty for me on both citations. i said "you can't do that!" he was visibly angry and said "i have the authority" a bailiff approached me like he was going strong arm me but instead shoved a paper into my hands for another court date and escorted me out.
i showed to the court date ready to battle but guess what? neither cop showed. I know it can be very difficult in a situation like this to keep cool, but I would of approached the matter in a different way. From what I listened to, it seems like the accused showed anger and confrontation. Basically, it escalated a little and the State-whore had to call in security. If they so chose, they are going to do what they want anyway...so it is best, IMO, to try to reason with them by using logic.

That meant i would have 4 trials to defend. How could anyone pay for 4 jury trials.

I personally feel the 'Admiralty Court' crap is garbage. There are Civil and Criminal courts. Criminal is common law, and Civil is contractual law, which is derived from the same basis of Admiralty, but are not the same.
There are Civil Courts, Criminal Courts, AND Admiralty Courts. By your showing up in regards to a Civil case, you infer jurisdiction by agreeing to enter.

This is why in America traffic offences are civil matters settled in civil court. they involve fines and judgements against the license to engage in the regulated activity not fines and judgements against the person committing the offence. it is like that here because we are freemen above the rule of law and under the protection of law. in other countries where you are not free traffic offences are criminal matters and you go to jail instead of paying a fine.

If your voting or gun rights or any other rights are going to be stripped from you they may only be removed during the period of the conviction. If a person is released on suspended sentence or parole they are still considered a convict under the rule of law until that sentence has been fulfilled, then they are of course released from all conditions of the conviction.

A sentence may not reference vague or implied conditions. dude, this audio is fucking classic. i listened to it before i left for court and it gave me the cofidence i needed to challenge 2 violations in concord, california. i used similar arguments and the commisioner quickly made a plea of not guilty for me on both citations. i said "you can't do that!" he was visibly angry and said "i have the authority" a bailiff approached me like he was going strong arm me but instead shoved a paper into my hands for another court date and escorted me out.

I know it can be very difficult in a situation like this to keep cool, but I would of approached the matter in a different way. From what I listened to, it seems like the accused showed anger and confrontation. Basically, it escalated a little and the State-whore had to call in security. If they so chose, they are going to do what they want anyway...so it is best, IMO, to try to reason with them by using logic.

Arizona fakes tickets, esp the camera ones. Gov Brewer about a year or so ago actually fired two notories for notarizing DPS tickets. Still going on. Even if you have no battery in your car to drive to speed with. 09. F'g POS state it is. Pedizona.

@erikwalkerpmpn - There is no CPS. Its DES (Dept of state's economic security, your slave number, social secuirity fraud - i.e. banks, federal reserve, et al).
CPS = Child Porn Services. RIP dead babies lying all over in state custody (foster "care") w heinous injuries/torture 05-07, and ongoing. It a racket and nothing more. Over 1/2 Million on any day in the corporate U.S. Started with Hitler. Socialism (hence social workers).

These ppl have no kids and some of them will even admit it, they even use fake names at the CPS office( check into that, ask someone if u know anyone that works there) and the longer this has went on the more "secure" the office they work out of has become. I ask u this if u are really doing the public a service then y do u need ur receptionist behind bullet proof glass and armed gaurds in the lobby. the place is like a prison, command center controled elevATORS and all Y do u need protection if

taking my medicine or they would "remove my children from the home" I had several lawyers tell me that there was nothing they could do besides take my money and basiclly family court is nothing like regular court(which is still criminal BTW) and they did not have to prove anything in order to take my kids. Alll they needed to do that was for CPS to feel "concerned" for their safety!!!! WTF its been almost 3yrs since i first met them and i still take drug test and have random visits to my hoome!!

we even had police reports to show that this person had been harrassing us and i told them word for word what their " anonomous caller " had said b/c she had been telling us exactly what she was going to tell them. Again this was in the police reports. So we obliged CPS with their request for a drug test think this will b the end, even though i had nothing in me that wasn't prescribed i was charged with this crime and was eventually and illegally order by a judge in KY to stop

they claimed i was addicted to medication and was a drug addict!!!!!!!!!! I have spent 2 years summiting 2 random drug screens(i call a hotline every morning) just like a criminal bc they charged me with child endangerment FOR TAKING PRESCRIBED MEDICATION! i was not driving when this occured but was at home when they showed up on my door. I should point out that they where called by a former friend of my wifes who had been trying to extort money from us for over 2 months

now i know why all recording devices are ban from usa court rooms now including cell phones in most.ty for this video. I was extorted by a judge that was kick out of office for conduct unbecoming to a elected official. she was removing her oponents signs and putting her own on private property. I was charged with OUIL I had no alchol present in my system. I was charged this for having legal medications in my system. i was took for $28,000.00 or threatened with 2yrs jail term.

@RP4409..I have done extensive research regarding what you just went through and you seemed to have taken the correct coure of action everytime she tried diverting you. One thing I am curious on was this in a "court room" or "court house" I'm sure you know the difference between the two which will strengthen any of your future cases and if not well there's more for your resource tool belt.

Yeah an update would be nice, I want to know what the stupid bitc.. I mean Judge, if she really is one, do or try to do after you left the courtroom.
One thing to correct this isnt a really a case of extortion. its close, but not 100%. Reason is you have to actually know what the hell your doing to extort someone, and she clearly is to stupid to do that. She couldnt even understand the policy's/rules, that the local govt put into place, even after you read it to her.

This video doesn't surprise me. Judges are sometimes viewed like God Himself sent down these individuals and are perfect in every way and incapable of doing any wrong. As we all know, they are human and have faults, some more then others, like anyone else. If you go to COMMISSION ON JUDICIAL CONDUCT you will here my negative experiences with judges in Westchester County NY.

This is the kind of thing that I really enjoy. It's so encouraging that way more than a few of us are exploring our freeman option. We all need to act like this toward anyone CLAIMING authority OVER us. @RP4409 in the case I mention where i was extorted i was sent to a pvt company to do manditory random urine testing 4 times per week at a cost of $32.00 per test. For a duration of two years. The state didnt even have my blood sample for independant testing."it was lost". When we complianed of this the judge stated if i go to trial ea prescribed substance would be made a separate count. That meant i would have 4 trials to defend. How could anyone pay for 4 jury trials.

@Fluke72459 The court there in oakland county city of clarkston Michigan even has a certain lawyer for you as a public defender he is assigned to everyone. two judges two defenders. you get the same guy for ea judge. The top to all this is when they filed the charges against me 3 months from the stop the state police officer is the one that bialed me out of jail. he even felt the law was wrong after learning of my reason for the medication.

I personally feel the 'Admiralty Court' crap is garbage. There are Civil and Criminal courts. Criminal is common law, and Civil is contractual law, which is derived from the same basis of Admiralty, but are not the same.
There are Civil Courts, Criminal Courts, AND Admiralty Courts. By your showing up in regards to a Civil case, you infer jurisdiction by agreeing to enter.
The act of coming to the court is the understanding of jurisdiction and a consent to contract. So don't even go! 'NCRTS'
