Heathrow. Mostly they stack a fair distance from here, unless using the Easterly Preference. Around 10:45pm on a busy night with the pressure to get all planes on the deck by 11.00pm it can get very interesting! The aircraft at altitude are not arriving / departing Heathrow but overflying, there are a couple of corridors here that are very busy. I tell you those ATC guys earn their money...
