Yes. You need six month expereince in a profession kitchen. However, you can start your application while you are getting that experience.

@CIANetwork I currently work in a chain restaurant and was wondering if that qualifies as a professional kitchen? It's not like McDonalds. We cut our own vegetables, cook our own pasta and dishes are made to order, etc.
