hey man, i got a 09 ss as well... any chance you could hit me back with all the motor work you've done? i was going to put a cold air and catless on but the check engine light will coem on. the guy at the delership in the service dept. said something about if i put on the catless and cold air and then try to adjust the chip it will just erase everything and ill be driving a none chipped turbo basically.... im "New car" illiterate so bare with me... thanks man.

@x6dfresh3x go with gms1 tune and keep the factory powertrain warranty, avoid catless dp's and intakes if you want to somewhat keep the warranty, if you dont care about the warranty then by all means go with a catless dp, catback exhaust, cai, charge piping, intercooler, and a tune to complete it, if you dont all your parts wont do anything because of gm's great learn down feature

whats you HP and MPG? Im buying an 08 SS/TC in the spring and want to add a CAI and catback exhaust. just wonderin if its gonna be a fuel guzzler if i add too much more.

Mines black fully loaded '08 keepin it stock for another month or so and then getting the tune,charge piping,intake and maybe a 3in. downpipe,don't know how much extra hp im gonna get tho from changing the exhaust hence the stock one is doing a good job,did you hear about the synapse turbo kit for these bad boys? Should be 371 whp with the kit.
