you dont have to have all the keller family holo tapes just go into third person crouch down near the monitor and search the wall under the monitor look around where a switch would be on the inside and it will glitch and let you open the door from the inside panel it i had to look for the spot for a min or two but i found it

@thawthug No the brain quest is at Point Lookout. This armory is special, its a USA military armory. To get in u have to search for 5 holodiscs around the world. Very hard to get into and is roumored to hold the MIRV; A fatman that launches 8 nukes simultaneously.

theres a side quest not marked in the log to get the tapes.when you get all 4 the switch that he didnt open in the room has an Experemental MIRV which shoots out 8 mini-nukes at once.theres also about 6 mini nukes with it.

Also once in the armory there is another door with a fat man that launches 8 nukes at once. But you need to do a bunch of stuff to get the password to open the door in the armory to get the modified fat man.
