I'm sure u know that already. Sometimes when we hit a speedbump we think we should do more when doing less but more precise and efficient is needed. Keep up the good work
@TRella2000 yeah tony, it sucks b/c I feel that I squatted the same way at the Arnold where the judging is supposedly more "strict"... but anyways men's nationals is coming up!!!
I think the stance change would help and it dosent have be crazy different from where you are now. Tiny bit wider w the toes pointed out a little more. In the end you will travel the same distance but your hips will b lower. Maybe incorporating a slight dip will help as well. I would b careful doing a ton if heavy geared stuff before a comp only because it takes a toll physically and mentally and u wanna make sure your fresh come meet day.
lol that sucks, u did it 3 times,,, you had consider the first as a good lift and keep moving up on the next attempts. The weight will probably make u go lower anyways.

Umm?? them squats barely look the same...I think a few adjustments on your squat technique will help you.
