Hello Houzan, I am now practicing this method and was wondering what position my legs and feet should be in? Also thank you very much for posting this. This has been a great reffrence. The only problem is I have no clue where my feet and legs should be positioned. Take care.
Please enjoy a lot of no-spin Shuriken throwing with high speed camera.

I'm sorry. It releases it only in Japan.
Because it is private expenses publishing, there is only in some bookstores.
I want to put it in site of "Flying- steel" sometime soon.

Nice Job Shishou, I can't throw to well with both hands, as my left hand throws to weak, and I have no control over the Shuriken.

Dear Richard
Thank you.
By the way, what is a sense of "Takeninj?"
When translate it literally in Japanese, Take="bamboo"is meant.

brucelee715,
windwalker2731,
misterflip20,
Thank you.
I am still a beginner this skill.
However, I recommend this exercise method.
This is my original progress method.
The method that does not merely demand an effort. I made it by reasonable learning method of our brain.
When we practice only an not action hand, progress becomes slow.
