  • Hello Houzan, I am now practicing this method and was wondering what position my legs and feet should be in? Also thank you very much for posting this. This has been a great reffrence. The only problem is I have no clue where my feet and legs should be positioned. Take care.

    I am still a beginner this skill.

    However, I recommend this exercise method.

    This is my original progress method.

    The method that does not merely demand an effort. I made it by reasonable learning method of our brain.

    When we practice only an not action hand, progress becomes slow.
