The worst fucking part is, I kicked ganon's ass. Walked up there, said "Hey look fire! There's no way it could possibly hurt me now! Nintendo's not that cheap right?" Well I had no idea you were supposed to hit the fire with your sword and guess what? I had a half heart left and I died and I was so fucking mad that I just quit. Nintendo is so fucking cheap, how is anybody supposed to guess a sword puts out fire.

@codenine1 He wasn't really hitting at the fireballs, he was hitting in the general direction where the fireballs were coming from, you see, Ganon, turned invisible, and was shooting fireballs at you. ;)

So after link went through 8 levels of shitty monsters, you fight ganon a pig horse horned stalker and kill him to get a flashing tortia chip. you go to zelda and give her 9 flashing tortia chip where she only gives a thanks and leaves the room to go rule her mushroom kingdom to get capture again by the pig head and steal all her tortia chips.. Ya i see why link hasnt asked zelda out, shes one hell of a cheapo -_-

yes there is. The second quest is harder than the first one. Two quest looked identical, but they moved things around in a different hidden place in the second quest to make it difficult though.

Good to know I never ended this game. Doing it only for that sorry excuse of an ending? Uff..god,it's great to know I didn't waste more of my time playing that. I know probably those old-timers would feel insulted, but I hope they understand that I belong to the generation that started with OoT, which has one of the best endings in history (not in terms of graphics of course, but of content and atmosphere)

I love how in the first game theres only TWO pieces of the TRIforce. Power and wisdom right? If I'm wrong please tell me but they were only holding two at the end. Like gathered the 8 pieces of the triforce of wisdom and ganon had the triforce of power at his caslte I'm assuming. So where's the triforce of courage?

Triforce of curage with in Zelda. See when they created the game, the three trifroces didnt fuse they were just two seperate power TRIangles, and thats where the Tri in Triforce comes from

in Zelda II for the , link collects the triforce of courage. In the original nes game, impa tells you that there are two zelda's, and the orginal first zelda was put under a sleeping curse long ago, and pleads link to find the triforce of courage from ganons minions to save the other zelda. I think in the remake nintendo threw out this original story, and the second zelda thing. The original NES Zelda is put under a sleeping curse by ganon, and link tries to awaken her.
