  • I remember this so well, even bought the book, own the DVD now, and I just loved the Slayers. Of course after watching the movie I had a fridge door moment when I realized that after the Slayers fired their laser thing they could have had more than one shot, so why didn't they? But otherwise it was a brilliant movie marred only by Lysette Anthonys confusion over which accent she was supposed to be using at the time. :-)

  • 1983*

    fantasy b-movie*

  • Hawk the slayer was loads better!

  • weird this is my last name

  • haha i totally forgot liam neeson was in this. cool movie and one badass weapon

  • when I was a kid, I've watch this movie so many times!

it may looks a bit awkward now, but it was actually a very good fantasy movie!

  • Sourcefed brought me here

  • sourcefed lead me here and now i have a new movie to watch lol

  • I had to find out what it was after watching SourceFed.

  • Sourcefed, what has been seen cannot be unseen.

  • sourcefed brought me here (like this one)

  • sourcefed brought me here

  • Lol movies like this and Fire and Ice should have iron maiden soundtracks! How fitting would that be!

  • This looks sick. As in awesome

  • This was a great film! they could re-make it but I think everyone knows that will be a bad idea as Hollywood is a bad job at the moment!! shame about Clash of the Titans

  • I shed a single tear of nostalgia

  • I was to young to remember the name of the movie and only saw it once, 'm do glad I found it :)

  • Great movie!

  • HOLLY CRAP!!! Was that Liam Neeson saluting the hero at 0'43''?! This information may have scarred me for life... o.O

  • @GabrielaClemente yes it is Liam Neeson, Krull was his first major role lol

  • @GabrielaClemente I can't believe you caught that.

  • Greetings from poland. When I was a kid, i watched this movie so many times, that i can even now, after 20 remeber this "arghhhhhh" when aliens was dying :)

  • Of course :)

I was little kid, I was pissed off this movie!

    I fuckin want the Glaive!!

  • LOL.. they came from the future riding on.... HORSES?!?!?!

  • @stylestar07 FUTURE HORSES!

  • Thumbs up if you ever wondered what the red things where that came out of the slayers heads when they died where

  • @xentoip

    Yes!

    Red things rules:)

  • I can only remember the cyclops and the blade he throws around...good memories....

  • wow as a kid this was the shits

  • Very simply: Krull fucking rules.

  • did i just see liam neeson????

  • Krull is absolutely not a B-movie. It had a budget of $27,000,000 and was one of the most expensive movies at that time.

  • @Vengeance4Me79 Yes, of course 80's were the time of greatest movies. Conan the Barbarian, Willow, Tron etc. That's correct, then directors made films according to their vision and imagination, instead of to do ridiculous totalitarian shits for right-wing idiots.

  • Excellent movie. Lyssa, the redhead and Colwyn, the guy with glaive used the flame which defeated the omnipotet entity, the Beast, lord of evil. Every evil is afraid of a fire.

Thismovie was far better than most of today shit.

  • I'd love to see this movie remade.. as long as they don't mess it up like they did with Clash of the Titans

  • Now I wanna watch this 0_0

  • OMG I seen this movie when I was a kid and forgot all about it. Never knew the name of the movie back then and didn't immediately recognise it until I seen the cyclops. Mind blown

  • 'Ravished!' lol

  • COMING SOON TO A THEATER NEAR YOU

  • :o) wake up apes :o)

  • I was named after Princess Lyssa I absolutely adore this movie, and I am glad I have a name to show it

  • Saw this again recently and was suprised at how well it was filmed. It still looks pretty modern and up to date. A very well made movie then and now.

  • OMG... Krull!!! First time I watched this movie I was like 8 or 9... I loved it!!!!

I wanted to be in it.. I havent watched it in a LONG time.. I dont wanna ruin my childhood memories of it.. :)

  • One of my favourites.. But can someone explain to me the deal with the 'thing' inside the slayer armour.. Near the beginning of the film a slayer is killed and you see this 'lobster' jump out the neck and ... GO THROUGH THE FLOOR??!!?? That and the noise freaked me out as a kid

  • Great classic movie, i loved this one!

  • I just showed this movie to my 11 year old nephew, who's the same age I was when I first saw it.

  • it's a 1983 release btw

  • I've searching this movie for years! I remembered only few things ... fire horses, cyclops, spider web with widow, princess ...yooo-hoooo ...thank you KFT for uploading this trailer

  • 1:02 she's beautiful

  • that was my movie

  • still a great classic from my childhood

  • Nostalgia Critic needs to review this flick haha.

  • Lysette Anthony is so pretty in this movie.

  • I gotta admit, I'm not exactly sold from this trailer.

  • was that liam neeson in the back on :43?

  • @ruizj2006

I had exactly the same idea :)

  • @ruizj2006 Yep. And Pete Posthilewaite (never know how to spell it) is in it too.

  • could be good a new remake about this movie... in 3D of course:)

  • I found this film to be waaaay too freaky when I was a kid. Not much has changed xD. Not that I'm saying it's rubbish or anything - just really really wierd!

  • i watched this almost 15 years ago, memories

  • 0:58 ghalaly key tomb raider legend

  • this film still freaks the shit out of my....and i was in the kids section in my video store in the 80's wtf?

  • one of the worst film i have ever seen.

  • What? Never ever did i see so much weird stuff in only one trailer! Is it worth watching? Seems like Star Wars and Lotr combined and made in 80s...

  • @ItalianoConfuso yeah it is pretty good, mind you... you must watch it with childlike eyes.

  • A big budget remake is in the planning stages and should hit screens by 2014

  • @xanderxine Probably not as classier as the original, either. Some things are best left alone

  • @xanderxine Almost guaranteed that Jaja Binks will direct It.

  • I wish the pacing of the movie was faster like this trailer or may be I am to used to the multiple angles per scene employed by modern cinema. I miss imaginations like this movie though.

  • i had a picture book of this when i was a kid.. i didn't even know it was based on a movie...

  • That's one fucked up movie!

  • Liam Neeson and Robbie Coltrane!! FTW!!

  • Movie came out in 1983.

  • Thank you Mr. Yates for making my youth imaginable, when I was a kid I was always playing your movie sequences battling with the aliens. I watched this movie with my papa (R.I.P.) only few of the good movies we watched together..

  • @arnoldnoki man your post is making me cry. I also watched KRULL on theaters with my dad, not 1 but 4 times.. The battle in the parapets is a classic. I miss those days

  • Krull, The Deep and Breaking Away... Peter Yates helped raise me...

  • RIP Peter Yates. That stop-motion giant spider was awesome. :[

  • R.I.P. Peter Yates. Thank you for Krull. I think. I mean, yes. thankyou for Krull.

  • r.i.p. Peter Yates.
