What does she say in the second verse. "Its A Matter Of Somebody's Got To Go". Him Or You. Then she says," If You Wanna Something His Distance, What You Always Got Do, Is If ou See A Devil Smash Him, Or He'' ll Get You! I dont understand the part where she sings about the distance. I think she's saying, "If You Want To Keep Out His Distance". I thinks that right.

i dont believe it, there is a little snip of the beginning of this song sampled in a "Screwball" rap. their "Y2K The Album" album. "Who Shot Rudy?", is the title of the song. just the part when she was saying, "when you see a devil smash him", i didnt thing i would find this great song. thanks for posting it

A hip hop group named Screwball uses a quick sample of this song in their song "Who Shot Rudy?" from their album Y2K. This original song is awesome too.

@Rowoches This was one of my favorite songs in the movie. Esther Rolle was hitting them cock roaches with that News Paper every which way they crawled. She said "Them Ole Devils Got To Go". I cant believe all these great Enteratiners are gone now. Their in heaven with the Lord. All that history. I'm 26 and as much as I appreciate the New School I have always had an old spirit. You just can't get away from the Classics. You know what I mean Rowoches?
