  • Great job, meat looks just perfect. Oranges were a bit of a surprise for me, I must check that out, cheers!

  • why did my ribs come out tough ?

  • it looks fast and very tasty.

    hello from Denmark.

  • What are u using there between the ribs and the water/sauce.. My PC never came with anything like that... I'm a rookie!!

  • I love ribs and I love my pressure cooker. Great demonstration.

  • Hi,

I love the way you present your vids. I would like to know what camera and recording/editing system you use. The way you show the work area and not bounce allover the place is perfect. Do you record voice at the time you make the dish or dub it in later?

So many questions and so little time.

I look forward to hearing from you or send me to someone else that I can ask questions to?

    Eddie

  • Thanks for taking the time make a video for the pressure cooker. Some of these comments are rather brutal considering it is a darn recipe. Not really the forum for the pro and cons of eating meat.

I did wonder about the cellophane comment though.

  • lol cellophane and OVEN?

  • If there is also a layer of foil over the cellophane, and the oven temperature is relatively low (say 250 to 300 degrees) it won't melt. At least Saran Wrap won't. Cheap brands might.

  • Did you really say in this video that when you bake them..."brown them off, put them in cellophane and bake them for 2.5 to 3 hrs"...really? Cellophane? ummm. maybe that is why they don't turn out well. - you might consider re-editing or shooting this video so some novice cook doesn't end up doing that. (yep I know this on pressure cooking, but post a quality piece all the way through please!)

  • Our stomachs are not graveyards for dead animals and animal parts. Putting stuff like this into our system is putting tons of toxins, bacteria and ill-health producing agents into our cells. not a good idea

  • damn son, guess you've never tasted bbq ribs. delish!

  • Julia Childes had stated that you should eat everything.....not just berries, nuts & tofu.!!! Your bland diet has joined your persona...

  • julia child was also obese. just because you can put something in your mouth and swallow it doesnt mean you should.

Set out a plate of vegetables, grains and fruits, and a plate of raw meat. come back in 2 days and see which one you would eat. one is still fresh and edible, one is festering with flies and maggots. That decomposition happens even quicker in the body.

your pathetic logic has joined your persona...

  • Its like the radio or tv, turn to a different video. You kitten are a meathead!

  • @kitten1g well Kitten I think that she died peacefully at around 91. Hopefully you will have as long and productive of a life with your diet and lifestyle. Oh and if you google her you will see that at age 91 she looked fantastic.

You seem to be a bit insensitive to other people I quote you here in case you have forgotten what you said "your pathetic logic has joined your persona"

Try to be a bit more sensitive to others

  • Yeah Im pretty sure our early ancestors were all vegetarians.

  • thats how you make ribs pressure cooker

    nice

  • My daddy would be rollin' over in his grave if he saw me watchin a video of you desecratin' a perfectly good pile of ribs like that. You must be from up North, son. Probably even put some cole slaw on top of em when you serve em, wouldn't you?

  • @breezebro Those are beef short ribs, not pork spare ribs or baby back ribs. Not the same thing at all.

But he's from Opelousas, LA, which is north of I-10 and therefore Yankee territory!

  • You're right, but I wouldn't even do that to cow ribs.

I-10 is a little tight, I draw the line at the Red River.

  • seem like pressure cooking is the smart thing to do, it uses less energy, makes a good slow cooked meal in mins and can be used to preserve food also :D gonna buy me a pressure cooker, preferably an American made.

  • I use my Cooker alot but never thought about doing ribs in it.I tried it minus the homemade bbq sauce then finisd them up on the grill (these were western ribs or some unknown cut)and damn they were good i basted them with a bbq sauce on the grill to finish them off.
