i no y only Kabuto and Gatack's bike can cast off and the other riders can't.
IT BECAUSE both
KABUTO/Tendou and Gatack/Kagami are GODS.
and also Kabuto And Gatack were make before
the others.
thats why Thebee/zabee,Sasword,Drake,Kick&punch Hopper can't cast their bike off or that rider doesn't have one like Saaword and the hoppers
