no u are going to hurt your ears if u shoot it, buy a neil med kit at the pharmacy, and follow the instructions...its suppose to be done gentle, preferably after a hot shower when your sisnuses are already opened up...am a nurse,, believe me, first time i did it i squeezed hard and my ears were miserable

i have been irrigating b4 my shower. of course the steam from a hot shower would open the passages more. thanks i should have realised that. i will be flushing this way from now onwards. rock salt is the best natural ways oh and i will be trying this nasal pinch of the septum.
