  • instead of sugar, can one use splenda? not a joke, I'm seriously curious if it matters for alc content.

    Ok thanks, using dark brown sugar, 1 can of raspberries. Going to use splenda after its done fermenting.

  • Is it impertinent to use dextrose corn sugar, or would I be okay using a raw organic cane sugar ?

  • @luvfinger any sugar works fine, the purpose of the sugar is to raise the ABV

  • @xSPNz it might but the spoon i used is bamboo witch has much smaller pores and is said to have a antibacterial properties

  • A better safer way to mix and airate: Use a long handled plasitc brew spoon. The top end with the hole in it to stir etc
