@Lawrence237 no but there is a modified paint with alot more options and tools and it is free, it works I use it now more then photoshop or paintshop pro.

yeah Like I said go to paint.net and download it its free and has alot of the same stuff photoshop has and barly takes up any space and has abunch of good tools works great also...
