I wanted the "Sarah" track for a good month or so, since I played the game. I love the final part of the song with the harmonic, melodic, tragic sounding piano.

I think that voices are great in this game. Each person has their unique voice showing its personality. That is why that game has so AWESOME atmosphere.

It's brilliant actually! I still remember the sound getting slightly louder in the sanitarium, as the camera was slowly moving till it finally revealed the headbanging guy (against the wall <3). This game has to be a transfered book story or sth. If not, too bad, it'd sell like ..mad ; )

I remember buying a games magazine about 10 years ago; it came with a CD and the demo of this great game...It was never released in my country, but recently i got the game via torrent...the best adventure game ever...not only the game...also argument, cinematics, ambient...I even dreamed like Max a couple of nights, hehehehehe!!!

Though there still hasn't quite been one that is nearly as great as Sanitarium when it come sto the sheer creepiness of the atmosphere and settings. The second area with the children, ah it creeped me out so much. Truly one of the best adventure games ever.
