Most of this incidents are caused by human errors 90% and nature 10%..why 10%? its because we have all the equipments we need in the ship..GPS, weather updates, tidal conditions, SONAR, Radars, etc., and most of all LOOK OUTS. If we have just follow the rules of the road none of this happened. And there's nothing wrong with women navigating ships tman383. They are also women seafarers you know.
