hi there- can anyone please help me? when i render the chrome it looks gray and its not metallic looking- the text is plain gray on the middle and the bevel reflection are triangular polygon like (the leaves of a tree i created from AEC) when i render in mental ray and when i pit i light it all becomes black, i put the light near the object

i really appreciate any help. thanks in advance
