good luck getting that bolts back off the sprocket with that amount of loctite on it, might take 40ft/lbs to put that shit on but its gona tighten as u drive, and that loctites like fucking concrete, shud of only used a drop on the first few threads and let it spread across the surface area
Nice vid m8 just got my first bike,cbr6 f3. Need to learn how to do pretty much all maintainance as I,m quite mech handy just don,t know my way round these beautys. Love my bike tho. Can you do a tank off airfilter change soon. Many thanks safe riding.
@thebaconbits I un-fortunately cant remember the brand. But i got both chain and sprocket in a set off ebay for a decent price. And yes i stayed with stock size.
Hey I find your videos very helpful. I have had 3 bikes over the years but never once did ANY work on them. I always had a shop doing it so seeing your how to vids have helped me to want to learn. Would you have the time to do a how to on replacing turn signals? I have a bike I just purchased and it already has the flush mounted turn signals in front and I don't see them at all in the back. (pick it up next weekend) so I think the rear signals are in the brake light or something. I'll know nex
Good , BUT you have fitted the chain clip facing the wrong way , the closed end of the spring clip should be facing the direction the chain is travelling in while under throttle. there is a chance id could be knocked off if fitted facing the wrong way , change ASP. :)
i definently did this by myself and it was super easy haha, but thanks a lot fo the vid!

I find pliers easier to fit the chain clip back on as you dont slip and catcha knuckles :-)) good video and work chaps.

It's good to see you are learning all this maintenance. You needed a new chain, lol. Now I need to go grease my shaft, lol. :)
