Uprated! Last year I gleaned a huge cassava outside Paris, France. Had to process it, or it's toxic, but made a lot of food for three adults! Gleaning is legal here in France and the largest market in Europe is in Saint-Denis where I live. They often throw out perfectly good stuff and you can take! Just be ready to pounce and then identify what you find for preparation! Fun channel. Love the upbeat feel of this channel and it's SO exotic to me!
