as my name says i need help.....badly i keep trying to do the continuous wrist spin but i always either lose momentum or the chain on my nunchaku pinches the skin on my hand and then goes flying into the ground im going to upload a video of me trying can someone plz tell me wot im doing wrong, the video will be called wrist flip practice
