@Mogul20478 not really, 4wd has understeer, the same way FF car has understeer, also they are two different stories, both cars are 4 cylinder cars, but one has a turbo and the other is NA, STI with the ~260 horsepower... Type R ~230 horsepower... And where have you experience a car that revs to 9K?? not that common, beside honda cars, and... exotic cars/ race cars - this is why it is like a race car on the streets

Tsuchiya is basically Drift King. I think they might know a little bit more about cars then you do, and drive much faster cars then you do haha.. Type R's no turbo 230 hp, to STI's turbo 305 hp. and the Type R is about 600 pounds lighter too, but I guess it's because of it's hatchback style and AWD but still

I would love to have the fd2. Only problem is the price, in that range with a car of that type I'd probably go with something else. None the less an awesome car capable of much more than pretty much any FWD out there (bmi needs to do a FD2 v Cobalt SS test!).

This FD2 is a grat car no doubt, but those tires also gave a big advantage,,,, those RE07 grip like hell compared to the tires used in the other cars... Plus the 18inch low profile tires also get better grip than the narrower, and higher profile ones...

Both with the same wheels a tires would be a closer match

The type r civic that you see in Toronto is most likely jdm conversion or a Acura csx which is the Canadian version of the type r exterior with si motor and suspension. Do some research before lookin like a ass.
