1. put it in addons 2. if that doesn't work go into file highlight contents open a folder you can playce them in temp. then got back to (harddrive)/program files/steam/steamapps/(your steam name)/garry'smod/then look for other folder of it and simply take the contents of the portal gun and place there and ytes to all and you should have it if not then no one will probally know.
