@JavieT45 Reboot means Restart your Computer. Unfortunately Windows needs to load with the new optimizations and changes in the setting you made. Although Microsoft claims that with Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 you do not have to restart, no change is visible unless you reboot or restart your computer.
