I heard this song on the radio last week as I was returning from visiting my daughters grave. I hadn't heard it in a long time. It has been 4 years since cancer stole her body from her soul. It is fitting it was Garth, When Lindsey was 11 she went to her first concert and I have a picture of Garth giving her a kiss when she handed flowers to him. We played the song The Dance by Garth at her funeral. 21 years old is way too short of time to live.

My sister and I (same birthmother, different fathers) have been looking for our birthmother for years now. We are 13 months apart in age and were adopted in 1960 and 1961 through the Children's Home Society of Florida. All we have is non-identifying info. I feel our birth mother in my heart and I feel she is looking for us, too. She'd be 69/70 this year. She requested my sister and I be placed together, if possible, and we were. just want to say that I'm a mom who lost touch with my only child. that is a pain that still stings.but now she found me again after 7 long years' she has her own little family now that I'm a part of and wouldn't ever let go again. Children are Mothers greatest gifts. I'm so happy for you too.
