Im so glad you put this up because i used to do her videos that were on my cable ondemand and they had like atleast 6 different videos of hers and they took them all off :-(
I've done a couple of Leslies videos before, but never kept up with it. I love the videos and how easy it is to do. Some exercise dvds and videos start off with too many complicated moves for the beginner. If you're not used to exercising, then it's not going to work for you to do a hard exercise routine. I love her attitude and think she's a great instrutor. No offense, but she's one sexy lady.
I lost about 30 lbs with her program. I ate better and tried 2 walk the mile at least 4- 5 x's a week. It's time to start up again! Good luck 2 everyone else trying to reach their weight loss goals. Wish I would've kept off all the weight I lost, but no use in fretting over it, just gotta do something about it!
OMG. This is such a genius exercise routine. I recently purchased a dance aerobic DVD that i cannot do AT ALL, its just so complicated and I feel like I'm straining my back with some of the moves. This one is simple and easy and anyone can do it, even if you have back precautions like me, there is no strain. This is my first time doing this routine, and it didnt even feel like I was working out! I'm sooo excited lol, I'ma do this everyday and get sexy! lmao!

I like that this workout can be as gentle or vigorous as you want it to be and that the instructor is nonjudgmental regarding which option you choose. It's perfect for those of us who have mild/moderate chronic illnesses or injuries or are just starting out. Thank you for making exercise accessible to all types :)

I can really make sense of a walk program like this one. It encourages me more. In the past I used to feel real silly with one of those little girl dance programs. This program looks far more sensible
I think walking is an easy thing to do to get in better shape and warm up in winter I want to make it more aerobic by walking to upbeat fun dance songs and maybe one day i will even work my way up to running...maybe! thanks for this!
I've been doing Leslie Sansone since I gave birth to my daughter on September 9, 2010 (who passed away)...I've lost a total of 44 pounds already. Last weigh-in was on December 31, 2010.... I have the 2-mile dvd that's about 45 minutes long... I usually do it twice--for a total of 90-minutes. Lol
@betoo0501 - I've lost 44 pounds so far (since mid-September... it works and at the end of the dvd there's a firming part that helps you tone. So you won't lose weight and the excess skin sag.... you'll actually lose weight and tone at the same time. I have the two-mile dvd!!! I do it 6 days a week.
i have a similar body shape to Leslie, but she of course is alot fitter, haha, i thought that that would be easy but by the 6th minute i was already huffing and puffing, this vid is great, definatley doing this from now on before or after my hour walk outside
This program is *wonderful*! I've been doing it for a little over a month and I've lost 11 pounds. What I like best about it is that Leslie never says empty things like "Don't you want to be skinny?" or "It's time to look sexy in a bikini!" like some instructors do. She encourages good health and happiness and is encouraging every step of the way. It helps so much, it really does. I also *love* that she includes a warm-up in each walk.
@cmblack Yes I agree, I love Leslie because she doesn't talk about just losing weight, she encourages you to be active and healthy. I work out to her programs too and I lost about 14 lbs (along with eating healthy as well). I feel great every time I work out to her programs. I just finished the 3 mile walk just now.

Wow! I'm 14 years old, and I'm considered overweight. And I hate it. So I'm trying to lose ten pounds before High school, and after that keep on going to until I feel Beautiful! But, since I'm overweight, I'm real self conscious. So I stay indoors for excercise. When I first came across this I thought to myself, This is going to be lame. Well, I'm eating words! I'm out of breath and sweating after doing this two part workout. I caught myself smiling while doing this. I love it!
Oh wow. I'm considered morbidly obese and I keep begging someone to go walking with me everyday but I never even considered this until now. 3 minutes in my legs are already burning. I love it.

I'm a male and I use this DVD when I can't run or sprint outside, it's the best cardio solution I have found, it's not boring and doesn't require much space or equipment
I just finished doing part 1 and 2,I'am out of shape because in the first 3 minutes i felt like quiting,but i just paused it and keep on going,and i was able to do part 2.Has it been helpful for you?
@BELLA9669 If you find it too difficult at first, do what she suggests and just walk in place. ALWAYS start out slow if you are not used to something. Just add in a little at a time what you can. And make sure you consult your doctor first to make sure this is ok for you. I wish you much success in your endeavor! Keep on keeping on!! :D

I do Atkins in addition to exercising. Since February of 2009 I lost about 75 pounds, but I've been cheating on my diet a bit and I've gained back some. I need to get it OFF!

i have a similar body shape to Leslie, but she of course is alot fitter, haha, i thought that that would be easy but by the 6th minute i was already huffing and puffing, this vid is great, definatley doing this from now on before or after my hour walk outside

This program is *wonderful*! I've been doing it for a little over a month and I've lost 11 pounds. What I like best about it is that Leslie never says empty things like "Don't you want to be skinny?" or "It's time to look sexy in a bikini!" like some instructors do. She encourages good health and happiness and is encouraging every step of the way. It helps so much, it really does. I also *love* that she includes a warm-up in each walk.

@cmblack Yes I agree, I love Leslie because she doesn't talk about just losing weight, she encourages you to be active and healthy. I work out to her programs too and I lost about 14 lbs (along with eating healthy as well). I feel great every time I work out to her programs. I just finished the 3 mile walk just now.

Wow! I'm 14 years old, and I'm considered overweight. And I hate it. So I'm trying to lose ten pounds before High school, and after that keep on going to until I feel Beautiful! But, since I'm overweight, I'm real self conscious. So I stay indoors for excercise. When I first came across this I thought to myself, This is going to be lame. Well, I'm eating words! I'm out of breath and sweating after doing this two part workout. I caught myself smiling while doing this. I love it!

Oh wow. I'm considered morbidly obese and I keep begging someone to go walking with me everyday but I never even considered this until now. 3 minutes in my legs are already burning. I love it.

I just did this at work behind my desk when my boss ran out for a bit. It was wonderful on a slow day of just sitting to get up and move. Thanks Leslie !! I do 4 miles with her first thing in the morning too. I love walking !

I just finished doing part 1 and 2,I'am out of shape because in the first 3 minutes i felt like quiting,but i just paused it and keep on going,and i was able to do part 2.Has it been helpful for you?

@BELLA9669 If you find it too difficult at first, do what she suggests and just walk in place. ALWAYS start out slow if you are not used to something. Just add in a little at a time what you can. And make sure you consult your doctor first to make sure this is ok for you. I wish you much success in your endeavor! Keep on keeping on!! :D

I do Atkins in addition to exercising. Since February of 2009 I lost about 75 pounds, but I've been cheating on my diet a bit and I've gained back some. I need to get it OFF!
