  • great

  • 2 years later and this project is STILL one of the most sleek DIY e motorcycle builds Ive seen (n Ive seen a shit load) kudos Captain slug

  • imagine no chains? more dependable. safer, gear driven thankyou very much ladies and gentlemen

  • The thing that I can never find out about this, is how far does it go on a single charge.

  • thumbs up for the guy in the back in 00:25

  • nice budget

  • Looks like a Zero

  • I like the gearing, plus chain tension combo, allowing it to freewheel without motor drag. Although, regenerative braking seems out of the question. All in all, looks very nice.

  • RIDE THAT MOTHA FFS !

  • you need to go straight moto. This way all of us city dwellers can ride in our back yards!

  • I watched this video three times and just now noticed the guy throwing up the piece sign in the background.. Well done guys. Are those two motors? Thats awesome, How does it work?

  • Oh THATS how one of those woks. Thank you for the upload. Take a look at my Power Wheels.

  • I like your build. I am especially fond of the front beak and headlight :)

    /K

  • I believe I went through a thread of yours on endless sphere, its a great build and you cant argue with the price. Once I'm done with my first bike I will be considering something similar to yours because man would it be a blast to rock out on some trails all quite like the ninja

  • Ive been following your project on ecomodder for a while and was thinking of building a similar bike. I understand that you purchased the bike for only 130 as a rolling frame. I was wondering what seller you purchased it from, because i cannot seem to find a 30 inch seat height rolling frame bike anywhere near this price range.

  • I bought it from a horse rancher in Pennsylvania through eBay or Craigslist (I can't remember which).

Came with everything but the engine and seat, but the rims and tires needed to be replaced.

  • @mitchellintrieri - Look for a 250cc size bike or smaller if you want a low seat height. Most have a 32" seat height or smaller. Anything larger is going to have something around 36" or 37" seat height. You can also install a lowering link on the rear shock of most mono-shock bikes to lower it another inch or so. All of that being said, scour craigslist and eventually you will find something. I do feel that you are most likely getting in way over your head though just by your post.

  • @mitchellintrieri check out insurance auctions for wrecked bikes - can be had for a song - and u can resell the ICE engine for usually what you've paid for the bike ...netting a $0 (or close to) frame and sometimes wheels :)

    Just a thought ... :)

  • uber awesome

  • This is going to rock. :D

  • Thats pretty hax0r

  • @CJuntwait Well said !
