I sponsor a little boy in Ghana and he is such an amazing blessing! I have never once not had the money to support him, God is so very good and has taught me so much through this process.
I have sponsored a Child in Jesus name. It is He who has shown us the true meaning of Compassion for others. The more we give the more we receive. The Holy Bible;''1 John 3:17-18
If anyone has material possessions and sees his brother in need but has no pity on him, how can the love of God be in him? Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth''.
The Lord put on my heart to use 20% of my businesses gross income to sponsor children from Compassion International. Right now that means 13. Praise the Lord!
I just signed up to sponser a child. I am 15, so i thought itd be cool to sponser a child with my birthday. and i found a girl with the same birthday, and same age! i am so excited to do this. i am working on getting a job, and my lisence. i pray for help through this. and i know god will do great things to me and my sponser child.
shes 15 and lives in the philipines. im doing this without the help of my parents. please pray for us both.
this video really made me cry, I ran around getting donations at a church camp so I could sponsor a child for this company, I got the 38 dollars needed and I can't even explain how happy I was, I prayed fervently for help on this. and then there came the problem of me being 16 w/o a license or a job, so I again prayed fervently and my youth pastor agreed to make our child, Philip, our youth group sponsor child. God really does what he says he'll do within the Covenant.
This made me cry, this is my first time to sponsor a child and I am so excited. She is only 4 years old and lives in Tanzania. I am sure this is meaningful to anyone who does this but for me, a single woman who wishes she had children, it means everything. Thank you Compassion International for giving us an opportunity to make a difference around the world.
I just finished becoming a sponsor for an 11 year old boy in Indonesia. Ive always wanted to do it, but not having a job... I thought it would be best to wait until I had more financial stability. But then I remembered that God is a God of faith, instead of waiting for Him to provide for me to sponsor a child... I took that step of faith saying God will now provide for me to continue to sponsor a child. This video confirmed my decision.
UhhLeeShuh, I am so glad to see you say that. Compassion is a Christian based organization. I, too, took that step because God has shown me over the last few months that by faith we are cared for. Jesus said, "suffer the children unto me", what an example by our Lord and Savior. God will provide.
@UhhLeeShuh I know exactly how you feel, I don't make very much either so it is a sacrifice but our God SHALL supply ALL our needs according to His riches!!
HOW CAN I JOIN THIS PROJECT ?? I WANT TO HAVE MY OWN SPONSEE :)))

Oh that was so sweet. My family sponsors a little girl in Peru and I just started sponsoring by myself another little girl in Peru a few days ago.
