woah, i totally relate to so much you are saying. like i'm always trying to figure out how my ED started. many people look to their parents as influential (with lack of attn or abuse or wtvr). but i've always had really supportive parents and esp, like you were saying, an overcomplimentry dad. there has just always been this internal pressure i put on myself with everything, i dont know where it comes from. i know my response is super late, but i really enjoy hearing your story. thankyou!
i love christmas decorations and the spirit of christmas. it was about the pressies and food when i was a kid but now all that stuff is just stressful and i enjoy more the atmosphere. :)
I am on the 2nd book of the Twilight series right now...these books are SO great! I can't put them down. I catch myself reading while do things that that are weird..like I read while putting my makeup on, which makes it awkward for propping the book open....this whole reading/multitasking is making me feel addicted to these books, but they are just too good!
Sarah, i had a doc who told me one time that,,,"you shouldn't Should all over yourself." try to catch yourself when you start thinking Should thoughts
im glad ellerigby mentioned you too, because when she did i checked out your channel and subscribed :) You seem like such a lovely person! I really wish you the best of luck in your recovery. x
I'm so happy you do enjoy Christmas, I know this time of year is rough for a lot of people, so it's great that you can look beyond the challenging food craze that goes on and have fun with it :) I'm such a Christmas junkie too!!
i am the same with being dissapointed in myself... i got a B+ on my maths exam and i was so upset with myself, but my parents were so proud and happpy. But i have such high expectations of myself. if i make a mistake i will be so hard on myself. So i definitely know how you feel. I hope you dont think im harassing you, i just really connect with your videos and felt compelled to comment this one! Good luck with your nutritionist appointment tomorrow!Wish you all my love and support xxxx <3

I'm the same way as you are. I'm always afraid of doing something wrong and that people will get disappointed with me.
